OWNER REPORTING
Reporting is an operating tool, not a collection of disconnected numbers. It links the month’s indicators to field activity, owner decisions and planned priorities.
Results, completed actions, closed incidents and lessons.
Bookings, guests, priorities, open work and pending approvals.
Booking pace, planned operations, maintenance and watch points.
Action, responsible person, due point, status and next update.
Set one reference currency for the villa accounts, agree approval limits in IDR and record the owner’s time zone. Rental proceeds, platform charges, management fees and operating expenses should have separate lines; an occupancy percentage alone does not explain the owner’s balance.
Link each maintenance charge to its invoice, approved scope and completion evidence. Distinguish an actual recorded result from a revenue simulation, and review the same period and available-night basis each month. The application demonstration illustrates the format; its sample figures are not client results.
