HostKeeper Bali is the contact point for this website. Contact requests open external services. The private owner portal stores villa figures, authorized access, bookings, interventions, uploaded photos, scanned invoices and administrative records; access is restricted by villa. Contact and newsletter requests open email or WhatsApp and follow those services’ terms. Illustrative images may be delivered by Pexels or Unsplash, whose services can receive standard technical connection data.

Our main service area covers Uluwatu and the Bukit Peninsula, including Pecatu, Bingin, Ungasan and Balangan. For a villa outside this area, we confirm service availability after reviewing its location and needs.
Management fees are waived for the first three complete months, then 19% after platform fees. Cleaning is charged separately to the guest and excluded from the management commission. Maintenance is billed at actual cost, with receipts and no hidden markup.
Team visuals are illustrative staged scenes. Demo data concerns no client and is not saved to a real account.
Site statistics
HostKeeper counts public pages and aggregate reading or conversion signals: sections viewed, reading depth, WhatsApp, audit or agreement-request clicks, calculator use, and between-page navigation. This measurement uses no analytics cookies, visitor identifiers or individual tracking.
No IP address, form content or individual journey is recorded by this statistics system. Data consists only of daily, page-level totals for HostKeeper, is not linked to client records and is kept for one year. DNT and GPC privacy signals are respected.
Advertising measurement
If you choose it, HostKeeper loads Google Ads measurement. When you submit a request, the Google click identifier and campaign parameters present in the URL may be stored with the request to attribute the lead. No form field is sent to Google. Refusing does not affect your request.
