Interior and exterior villa photography plus aerial views of the property, its layout and surroundings where permitted; ground and drone photography in the same 2-hour session.
Prices and booking conditions
Starting prices depend on property size, condition and requested services. The final price is agreed before any work.
Regular cleaning is IDR 175,000 per 2-hour visit. Visits are scheduled by mutual agreement and billed according to the number completed.
Laundry, linen purchases, guest amenities, plants, fertiliser and off-site waste removal are itemised separately where needed.
Location, travel fees, applicable taxes and additional requirements are specified in the quote before booking, together with staff, schedules, equipment, supplies and photography deliverables.
Complete management: 19% of rental revenue after platform fees, excluding guest cleaning fees. The first 3 complete months remain at 0% management commission. View management terms →
